摘要 采用 (3∶1)硝酸—高氯酸混合酸消化样品 ,微分电位溶出法测定人全血中铅。标准差小于 6 95 μg/L ,相对标准差小于 6 .5 % ,样品加标回收率 95 6 6 %~ 98 6 % ;方法检出限为 0 77μg/L。测定人血中铅灵敏度高 ,稳定性好 ,精密度和准确度均符合微量分析的要求。 To digest a sample in a mixed acid of HNO 3 and HClO 4 with the ratio of 3 to 1 and to determine lead in human blood by differential potentiometric stripping analysis. S is less than 6.95 μg/L, and the RSD is less than 6.5%; the added rate of recover of sample is between 95.6%~98.6%, the minimal detectable concentration of the method is 0.77 μg/L. This method has high sensitivity and stability in determining lead in human blood and its precision and accuracy are up to the standard of microanalysis.
