摘要
拟定了一种测定铬 (Ⅲ )的分光光度法。研究了对乙酰基偶氮胂 (ASAPA)与铬 (Ⅲ )显色反应。在 pH2 .6~ 5 .0盐酸—乙酸钠缓冲介质中 ,Cr(Ⅲ )与对乙酰基偶氮胂 (ASAPA)形成配合物 ,λmax =6 30nm ,ε63 0 nm=1.8× 10 5L/ (mol·cm) ,铬 (Ⅲ )含量在 0 1~ 15 μg/ 2 5ml范围内遵从比尔定律 ,反应选择性好 ,用于水、啤酒、葡萄酒中铬 (Ⅲ )的测定 ,结果满意。
A simper and sensitive Spectrophotometric method is proposed to the determination of chromium(Ⅲ).the method based on the composition of chromium(Ⅲ)with P-Acetylarsenazo in a HCl-Na 2C 2O 4 medium(pH 4.0) with the apparent molar absorptivity of 1.1×105L/(mol·cm), Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0~7 μg/25 ml for chromium(Ⅲ).This method has been applied to the determination of chromium(Ⅲ)in water, beer and wine with good recult.
