摘要
分析了证券市场信息不对称产生的原因 ,并针对证券市场存在的信息披露失真的问题 ,从完善法律监管体系、倡导信息透明、规范会计核算准则、发展市场金融工具、强化新闻媒体的监督作用等方面提出来了完善证券市场信息披露和监管体系的措施。
This article annalyzes the reasons of information dissymmetry,brings up this problem.Directing against some distortion of information revelation that exists in our stock market,the authors put forward some measures to perfect our information revelation and supervision system by doing the followings:perfect legal supervision system,initiate transparent information,standardize accounting assessing principle,develop market financial tool and strengthen the press's function of supervision.
