起重设备起重前平衡调节系统的改进研究

本文分析了国产工程机械中汽车式起重机的不足,主要是国产起重机械的自动化控制程度不高,起重前平衡调节不方便等,为此本人以单片机为核心设计了起重机的反馈系统,使起重机由原来的开环控制变成闭环控制,由手动调节变成自动调节,提高了起重机的工作效率、平衡稳定性、快速性和准确性.

The shortcoming of crane made in China is analyzed in this paper. They are mainly lack of automation, and so on. So a feedback system is designed, which make crane work automatically and intellectually. Thus the efficiency, accuracy and speed are greatly increased.
