摘要
人事分配制度改革是高校内部管理体制改革的核心。根据目前高校人事分配制度改革趋势及一些高校的现状,阐述了高校人事分配制度改革的重要性和迫切性,提出了实施全员聘用制、引入准职员制、建立用人新机制、改革分配制度、推出引进人才新举措等相应的改革和创新措施,旨在促进高校的可持续发展。
Described the general state of college human resources system reform and its importance and urgency, and proposed whole staff appointment system, staff member equal system, and new regulations and policies concerning positioning, distributing and introducing talents so as to promote sustainable development of colleges.
