摘要
目的 分析鲍氏不动杆菌的β-内酰胺酶 (BL A)与对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药表型的关系。方法 用碘淀粉测定法、三维试验、协同法、纸片扩散确证试验检测青霉素酶、头孢菌素酶 (Amp C)、金属 β-内酰胺酶和超广谱 β-内酰胺酶 (ESBL) ;并用 KB法、琼脂稀释法进行了 14种 β-内酰胺类抗生素的药敏试验。结果 产酶株对大多数 β-内酰胺类抗生素基本耐药 ,不产酶株对第三代头孢菌素较敏感 ,大多数菌株对氨苄西林 /舒巴坦敏感。结论 鲍氏不动杆菌产生 β-内酰胺酶是其对 β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药的主要原因。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the resistance and β-lactamase of Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods Penicillin-β-lactamase, AmpC, Metallo-β-lactamase, extended spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) were detected by iodine-starch test, 3-dimension test, microbiology sensitivity synergic test, and disc agar diffusion method respectively. Meanwhile, bacterial susceptibility test against 14 antibiotics were done by the Kirby-Bauer method and agar dilution method. Results β-lactamase producing isolates were resistant to most antibiotics while non-β-lactamase producing isolates were sensitive to the third generation cephaposporins. Most of them were sensitive to ampicillin/ sulbactam. Conclusion The resistance to β-lactam antibiotics is mainly due to β-lactamase produced by Acinetobacter baumannii.
