通过 10 6例重型肝炎应用人工肝支持系统治疗的护理 ,术前认真做好准备 ,术中密切观察 ,对低血压、过敏反应、出血、感染等并发症做好预防及处理 ,术后密切观察病情及穿刺部位变化 ,加强留置管的护理 ,防止下肢静脉血栓形成。

By the nursing practice of 106 cases with severe hepatitis treated by artificial liver support system, we realized that the adequate preoperative preparations, close observation in the operation, prevent and control of the complications of hypopiesis, anaphylaxis, hemorrhage and infection, etc., close observation on the postoperative patients' condition and any change at puncture spot, meticulous care of the indwelling catherter and prevent of lower extremity venous thrombosis were the key outlines to improve the treatment effects.
