心脏术后两种吸氧方式效果的观察

Investigation about clinical effect of two inspirstion method of oxygen after heart operation

目的 :评价心脏术后双鼻导管吸氧和面罩吸氧 2种方式的效果。方法 :随机将心脏术后的患者分为两组 ,用 2种方式吸氧 ,观察血气分析、氧饱和度 (SpO2 )与呼吸频率 (R)。同时发放问卷调查对 2种吸氧方式的感受。结果 :2种吸氧方式前后血气分析氧饱和度、呼吸频率的变化无统计学意义。但患者易接受双鼻导管吸氧 ,感觉舒适度优于面罩供氧。结论 :心脏术后患者撤呼吸机后 ,用以双鼻导管供氧 ,既能保证有效氧疗又能使患者感觉舒适 。

Objective: To evaluate cliniacl effect about post heart operation oxygen inspiration through dual nasal canal or mask. Methood: Related heart operational patients were randomly divided into two groups who received different oxygen inspiration methood, then observed about blood gas analysis, oxygen saturation (SpO 2) and respiratory ratio (R), tested by questionair. Result: There were no significant difference in boold gas analysis result, SpO 2 and R.Patients who had received dual nasal canal feeled more comfortable than the other. Conclusion: Dual nasal canal oxygen inspiration can make patients comfortable besides promising enough oxygen supply.
