摘要
研究了7,7,8,8-四氰基对二次甲基苯醌(TCNQ)与盐酸二甲双胍的荷移反应,确定了反应条件,TCNQ与二甲双胍形成络合物的反应在842 nm处有较强光吸收,表观摩尔吸光系数是2.46×103L·mol-1·cm-1.在丙酮介质中,二甲双胍的浓度在5-40 mg/l范围内呈线性关系.该方法重现性好,灵敏度较高,操作简单,用于测定二甲双胍的含量,精密度好,相对标准偏差为1.4%(n=6),回收率为97%以上.
The reaction between 7, 7,8,8 -tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) and metformin hydro-chloride have been studied in this paper. The reaction conditions have been optimized. The apparent molar absorptivity of the CT complexes at 842nm is 2. 46 × 103L · mol-1 · cm-1. In the presence of acetone, Beer,s law is obeyed in the ranges 5-40mg/L for metformin hydrochloride. The acetone standard deviations are less than 1. 4%(n = 6). The recovery factor of metformin hydrochloride in eth-anol is 97% , This is a simple,sensitive and reproducible method for determining metformin hydrochloride in acetone .
