摘要
水火弯板是船舶制造中加工船体双曲度外板的主要方法 .它通常采用人工对样进行操作加工 ,不利于实现生产自动化 .国内外都在研究水火加工参数与成形的量化关系 ,故需要测量加工后外板角度的变化 .文中提出并研制了一种新的角变形测量仪 ,它采用两个高精度光电编码器构成两个平面 ,组成测量角度的机构 ,解决了水火弯板中角变形测量问题 .使用证明 ,它操作简单 ,能准确实时地测量微小角变形数据 ,测量精度达± 0 .0
Plate bending by line heating is a main forming method for bi-curve shell plate in shipbuilding. It is usually operated by means of template,so it is hard to automatic process. Researches on the relations between line heating parameters and forming have been published at home and aboard. It is necessary to measure angle deformation of plate after line heating. A new high precision measuring device for angle deformation of bending plate by line heating is presented and developed in this paper. It comprises two high precision encoders that form measuring mechanism for angle. It is easily used. And very little angle deformation of bending plate can be measured with high accuracy ±0.01°.
