摘要
带闭环控制数字传感器是一种小功率随动系统 ,将测量和控制结合在一起 ,是测量控制管理一体化技术的基础 .文中以自动平衡数字秤为例 ,详细分析了数字秤各部分结构参数对系统动态性能的影响 ,并建立了数学模型 .根据系统动态性能指标的要求 ,如具有快速的、精确的响应 ,稳态误差小等 ,设计了控制器 ,并利用 MATLAB语言对该数学模型进行了仿真 .仿真结果表明 :所设计的自动平衡数字秤具有超调量小、调节时间短、软件实现简单等优点 ,能满足实际应用对自动平衡数字秤的动态性能要求 .
Digital sensor with closed-loop control is a kind of small power servo system which integers measurement with control,and is the base of integrative technique of measurement with control and management. Taking the self-poise digital balance as example,this paper analyses the influence of every part of digital balance on dynamical performance of a system,and builds up a mathematical model. According to the desire of dynamical performance index of the system,the digital controller is designed. Then the mathematical model built up is simulated with MATLAB language. The simulation results show that the digital balance has some advantage,such as small overshot,short settling time and simple program etc. and is suitable for real application.
