摘要
在武器装备研制决策中 ,可靠性和寿命周期费用是两个重要的决策要素 .通过对影响和受制于可靠性的寿命周期费用要素进行分析 ,建立了可靠性和寿命周期费用之间关系的数学模型 ;在引入可靠性增长模型和资金时间价值后 ,建立了二者目标优化模型 ;利用优化模型进行了决策分析研究 .对最佳可靠性指标的论证及确定可靠性增长时间具有实际指导意义 .
During the research and production of weapon equipments or the relating decisions,reliability and life cycle cost are two very important elements. Based on the analysis of life cycle cost elements affecting and restricted by reliability,it establishes reliability and life cycle cost mathematical relation model. Considering of reliability growth model and the time value of money,establishes reliability and life cycle cost optimization model,and carries on the study of relating decisions. Therefore it will be a practical guide to determine optimal reliability and the time of reliability growth.
