摘要
进行了反应合成法制备AgCuO材料的热力学计算和数据分析 .结果表明 ,当反应温度小于 5 0 0K时 ,合成反应属于固 -固间的置换反应 ;当反应温度大于 5 0 0K时 ,合成反应属于固 -气间的氧化反应 .通过计算 5 0 0~ 1 2 0 0K范围内Ag2 O的分解氧分压、Cu的氧分压 ,确定Ag -Cu合金氧化反应的最终产物为AgCuO ,而不存AgCu2 O相 .氧分压的分析为制定反应合成法制备AgCuO材料的工艺参数提供了理论依据 。
A thermodynamics calculation and data analysis are carried out for the silver copper oxide fabricated by reactive synthesis. The results show that when the reactive temperature is below 500?K , the reactive synthesis of silver copper oxide belongs to the replacement reaction both in solid-solid. When the reactive temperature is over 500K, the reactive synthesis belongs to the oxidation reaction between oxygen and solid. By the calculation of decomposed oxygen branch-pressure of Ag 2O and Cu in the range from 500?K to 1?200?K , it can be determined that the final production is AgCuO for the oxygen reaction of Ag-Cu alloy, but not an AgCu 2O. The analysis of oxygen branch-pressure offers an academic foundation for the AgCuO fabricated by reactive synthesis, which is feasible to introduce the oxygen branch-pressure as a criterion in the silver copper oxide synthesis.
