摘要
采用醇盐水解法制备氧化物负载纳米粒子金属Ni、Ni-Al、Ni-Cu和Ni-Cr催化剂 ,考察了金属种类、负载量、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量对松香歧化反应的影响 .用Ni-Al/MnOx(Ⅱ )型催化剂 ,在反应温度 2 70℃ ,催化剂 :松香为 1∶40 (重量比 ) ,反应时间 2~ 3h ,通N2 的条件下 ,歧化产物中脱氢枞酸的含量在 47%~ 5 2 % .酸值 1 5 1~ 1 5
Nanometer Particle Ni/MnO x , Ni-Al/MnO x , Ni-Cu/MnO x and Ni-Cr/MnO x have been prepared by means of metal alkoxide hydrolysis. The type, amount, reaction temperature and reaction time of the metal and the amount of catalyst are respectively studied. Ni-Al/MnO x (Ⅱ) is used to catalyze the rosin disproportionation at 270℃, 3?h , rosin∶cat = 40∶1(wt) and N 2 exist, the dehydroabietic acid and acid value of disproportionation rosin are determined to be 47%~52%, 151~ 157?mg?KOH/g .
