摘要
用空间直角坐标变换和拉格朗日乘子法,建立斜轧轧辊辊形的数学模型,用变量代换法简化模型,由空间矢量坐标变换一般关系式,推导出轧辊辊面速度分布式。并通过实例运用,比较分析了计算结果。
The roll Surface speed distribution formulas are derived by first establishing a mathematical mode of roll configuration in cross rolling with spatial orthogonal coordinate transformation and Lagrangian multipliers methods and then simplifying the model with variable replacement method and finally transfering some complex equations into simple ones with spatial vectorial coordinates. The calculation results are compared and analyzed through practice.
