摘要
初任教师入职阶段是教师专业发展的关键环节。在这一阶段,安排有经验的教师对其进行教学指导,是促进初任教师专业发展的有效途径之一。文章主要论述教学指导在教师专业发展过程中的作用、教学指导的特点,以及成功教学指导计划的标准等。
The induction period of beginning teachers is the most important period in the process of teachers'professional development.Teaching mentoring given by experienced teachers is the most effective way for promoting the professional development of beginning teachers.In this paper,the role of teaching mentoring playing on the process of teachers'professional development,the characteristics of teaching men-toring,and the standard of successful teaching mentoring are commented.
