通过所求解的二辊斜轧穿孔变形过程中轧件的理想形状,对传统的穿孔导板进行了改进,实践表明,新导板的使用寿命提高,斜轧穿孔变形更为均匀。

In a bid to achieve the desired formation of the workpiece under the deformation process of the two-high rotary piercer, improvement is made on the conventional guide plate of the mill with a result as longer service life of the plate and more uniform deformation by the mill.
