摘要
研制的新型三段式多喷嘴水雾冷却装置采用旋芯式喷嘴及顶部弯管引水结构,可对热轧减径之后的各种无缝钢管施行加速冷却。介绍了该冷却装置的设计原理、所采用的冷却方式及其试验结果。
It is possible to speed up the cooling-down of hotrolled tubes after reducing with a newly developed 3-zone multi-nozzle water-mist cooling system equipped with rotary-core type jet nozzles and a structure of top elbow-water-conducing. Described in this paper are the design principle, the cooling method adopted as well as the result of the experiment in this regard.
