摘要
针对华能福州电厂二期锅炉油枪自 1999年投产以来一直存在火焰检测器不能反应火焰真实情况、燃油压力不稳、油枪喷嘴堵塞等问题 ,通过对火焰检测探头改造、修改控制逻辑、稳定油压等 ,使问题得以解决 ,从而保证了油枪的正常投运。
In view of problems concerning oil guns of boilers in the second-phase project of Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant from putting into operation in 1999, such as the flame detector can not reflect the actual situation of flame, unstable pressure of fuel oil, and nozzle clogging of the oil guns etc.. The said problems have been resolved through retrofitting the flame detector, improving the control logic, and stabilizing the pressure of fuel oil etc., thereby ensuring the oil guns can be put into normal operation.
