摘要
针对北京市某台 6 5t/h煤粉炉的实际情况 ,国电热工研究院根据多年的研究成果 ,在低NOx燃烧器和空气分级燃烧技术的基础上 ,设计了细煤粉再燃脱硝系统 ,应用后使该炉NOx 排放浓度降低了5 6 .5 %。实践证明 ,该系统结构简单 ,运行操作方便 ,投资费用和运行成本低 ,是一种适合我国国情的高效低NOx 燃烧技术 ,具有较广的应用前景。
Directing against the real situation of a 65 t/h pulverized coal boiler in Beijing, a finely-pulverized coal re-burning denitrification system has been designed by the Thermal Power Research Institute (TPRI) under State Power Corp. based on research achievements in many years, and on the basis of low-NO_x burner and technology of air burning in steps, making the NO_x emission concentration to be reduced by 56.5%. Practice shows that the said system to be simple in structure, and convenient for operation and manipulation, have low capital investment and operation cost, hence, it is a high effective low-NO_x burning technology suitable for the conditions of our country, having wide application prospects.
