公元二000年,黄石市有几位离退休的“老教育”,创办了一所民办高。这是一所新型的学校:一是办学体制新;二是用人机制新;三是教育思想新。他们打了三张牌:一是名师牌;二是质量牌;三是廉教牌。学校在市民心目中树立了良好的形象,首次招生就超额完成了招生计划。一批退休老教师,以博大的爱心,帮助高考落榜生重新扬起了理想的风帆。今年首届高三复读班参加高考,取得令人惊喜的好成绩。几位“老教育”创立民办博元中学的事迹说明,发挥自身优势,实现老有所为是一个有益的尝试。

In the year2000,some retired teachers in Huangshi city originated a middle school run- ning by the local people.This is a new school for its new system of originating,new system of using the person and new teaching thoughts.From its beginning,the school gives a good impression on the citizens.This group of retired teachers,with their great loves help students who lost to enter colleges to sail their ideal boats and those students get a very nice score this year.All this tell us one thing: it's an instructive attempt to make full use of one's advantages and realize his value in his old age.
