黎蒴扦插繁殖试验研究

A Study on the Cutting Propagation of Castanopsis fissa

从 2 0 0 0年开始进行黎蒴扦插繁殖试验 ,试验结果表明 :通过营建黎蒴采穗圃和剪顶促萌处理 ,3年后母树繁殖系数可达 2 0～ 4 0倍 ,用黄心土作扦插基质 ,经生根促进剂处理 ,于秋季扦插 ,黎蒴生根率可达85 %以上。黎蒴无性繁殖技术可应用于生产。

Cutting experiment of Castanopsis fissa was done from 2000 and a series of cutting technology was concluded in the paper. Using seedling plant build cutting orchard, and clipping the top of stock to haster sprout, 3 years later, every mother plant can sprout 33.2 shoots in average, the breed coefficient reaches 20～40 times. In autumn, choosing yellow soil as cutting medium, and using root inducing material, the rooting rate of cutting are over 85%. The cutting techniques can be widely used in production.;
