摘要
本文讨论了600~1200K范围内使用NaCl作为添加剂焙烧钒渣时氯化挥发镓的热力学可能性。结论是:氯氧比的大小与水溶性钒酸钠生成有直接联系.NaCl和Na_2O,V_2O_5平衡时的氯氧比最大;在氯化钠作用下,镓主要生成GaCl_3挥发,计算得到的GaCl_3的生成压相当大。
This paper deals with,from the point of view of thermodynamics,the possibility of NaCl addition to chloridizing Volatilization of Ga during Sodiumination roasting of V-slag,in a temperature range 600~1200K. Conclusions are drawn that the magnitude of Cl2-O2 ratio is considerably related to the formation of aqueous sodium vana-date and reaches its maximum value, when NaCl and Na2O ?V2O5 are at equilibrium state; and GaCl3 comes from Ga by chloridization and then volatilizes. Also.the thermo-dynamic calculation shows that the formation pressure of GaCl3 is quite high, therefore the attempt is worthy to be made.
