摘要 从活性污泥中筛选出一株假单胞菌作为絮凝剂产生菌。利用有机溶剂提取法从发酵液中提取絮凝剂,研究了其最佳提取条件和絮凝因素。废水絮凝实验表明:在一定的温度和pH值条件下,该菌种所产絮凝剂不仅絮凝效果明显,而且具有良好的脱色性能。在石化废水处理中,COD去除率为16.8%,色度去除率为10%;在染料废水处理中,COD去除率为15.2%,色度去除率为10.2%。 The microbial flocculants are produced by the Pseudomonas sp, which is isolated from the activated sludge. The flocculants are extracted from culture broth using organic solvent. The optimal conditions of purification and flocculation are studied. According to flocculating tests, the flocculants are well characterized by its ability to get rid of suspended material in water and to decolourize the high - density dyestuff wastewater under certain temperature and pH value. When the flocculants are used in the petrochemical wastewater treatment, the COD removal ratio is 16.8% , and the colority removal ratio is 10.0%. During dye wastewater treatment, the COD removal ratio is 15. 2% , and the colority removal ratio is 10. 2%.
