基于有限元的高压水射流切割水泥砼路面的仿真研究

摘要 根据水泥混凝土材料的内部微结构,运用损伤力学知识,建立了水泥混凝土损伤模型。利用有限元方法对受高压水射流作用的损伤模型进行等效应力仿真分析,再结合混凝土的破坏准则得出该模型破坏所需的泵压力。实验证明该泵压力下的高压水射流完全可以切割旧水泥混凝土路面,从而表明了水射流切割方法的有效性。 According to the inner tiny structure of cement concrete, the damage model of cement concrete is established by using damage mechanics. The Stress Equivalent (SEQV) of damage model acted on by high pressure water jet is simulated by using the finite element method, then the required pressure of pump is educed combined with failure criterion of concrete when the model is destroyed. The experiment proves the high - pressure water jet can cut the old cement concrete road surface completely under above pressure of bump, and accordingly it shows the effectiveness of the method of water jet cutting.
