摘要
以L 脯氨酸为起始原料 ,两个在其羟基所在的α C上具有大体积取代基的 β 氨基醇配体被简便地合成出来 ,并被用于催化二乙基锌对醛的不对称加成 ,得到了ee值较高的S构型的手性二级醇 .
Two β-aminoalcohols possessing bulky substituents on the carbon atom with the hydroxyl group were readily synthesized from L-proline, and used as chiral ligands for catalytic asymmetric addition of diethyl zinc to arylaldehydes. The resultant second alcohols with S configuration as well as good to higher ee values were achieved. The results showed that much bulkier substituents could not induce higher enantioselectivity.
