摘要
社会发展对人才提出了新的要求 ,培养学生的创新意识和创新能力已成为职业教育的重要任务。本文从人才培养方式、教学内容和课程体系的创新 ,教师素质的提高 ,学生创新意识的强化、创新动机的激发等方面对职业技术创新教育进行了探讨。
The social development has put forward new requirement for cultivating the students' consciousness and capability of innovation,which has become the main task of vocational education.This article expounds the innovative education of vocational technology from the five aspects as followes:the training patterns of talents,the innovation of teaching contents and courses system,the enhancement of the teachers' quality,the emphasis of the students' consciousness of innovation and the encouragement of innovative motivation.
