Study on the Technical Measures of Digital Publications

对世界知识产权组织、欧盟委员会、美国、日本、中国等组织和国家的适用于数字出版物技术措施法律保护的相关法律法规进行了总结和概括 ,在此基础上结合我国现有版权法律体系的实际情况 ,提出了关于完善我国数字出版物技术措施保护法律法规的建议和思路。

In this article, the author summarizes the various laws and regulations of digital publications of the different organizations and countries, such as World Intellectual Property Organization, Commission of the European Union, USA, Japan, China, and so on. On the basis of generation and study, the author puts forward the laws and regulations of the technical measures of the native digital publications, considering the reality of the existing legal system.
