摘要
从动力学的观点出发研究钢液喷粉脱硫过程中钢水硫含量随时间的变化规律,以及顶渣与主体金属相间的持续脱硫反应和喷入脱硫粉剂在钢液内上浮过程中与钢液间的移动脱硫反应对钢液脱硫的相对贡献率。
This article discussed law of variation of [S]content with time in the process of hot metal desulphurization by powder injection,the persistent reaction of desulphurization between the top slag and primary metal phase,the transient reaction of desulphurization between the injected pow- der and flowing hot metal and the effect of the reaction on the desulpurization ratio of the hot metal
