摘要
通过实验室的正交试验,获取了不同助溶剂对基本渣熔融特性的影响参数,在此基础上研制了高碳钢用复合保护渣,用该渣浇铸高碳钢钢锭不仅改善了钢锭质量,还降低了生产成本。
The influencing parameters of different types of flux on the melt behavior of basic slag are obtained by way of orthogonal test in the laboratory and the composite slag for high carbon steel is successfully made on the basis of the test.It is justified that by introducing this type of slag in- to casting the high carbon steel ingot not only steel quality is improved but also production cost re- duced.
