提高5CrNiMo锻模钢性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用空冷淬透性试验,力学性能和相分析等方法研究了合金元素对5CrNiMc钢工艺性能和力学性能的影响,找到了钢中合金元素含量偏低是造成国产锻模钢淬透性较低,回火稳定性较差的关键原因。将5CrNiMo钢的锰、钼、铬含量适当提高和加入0.1%钒,可使模块的淬透性,回火稳定性达到国际同低型优质模块的水平,而且提高了钢材的高温强度。另外,在热锻模具使用硬度的范围内,调整成分的钢材具有更高的冲击韧性,从而提高了模具的使用寿命。该研究结果已被工业生产实践证实,具有明显的经济效益。 Effects of the alloying elements on the mechanical propertise and technological characteristics of die steel 5 CrNiMo have been studied by using air cooling hardenability test, mechanical property test and phase-analysis. It has been found that the key reason of low hardenability and poor stability during tempering of forging die steel 5 CrNiMo is the lower contents of alloying elements in this steel, Properly increasing the contents of manganese, molybdenum and chromium in 5CrNiMo steel or adding 0.1 % of V at the same time can lead to the improvement of hardenability and tempering stability, then the domestically made die blocks can reach the level as high as that of advanced internaticnat high quality die blocks. As the resulis of compositional adiustment the high temperature strength of the steel is increased; toughness of the steel is also improved at the same hardness level tequired for the application; life time of the dies is consequently increased. The research results have been applied to industrial production and application with considerable economic efficiency,
