离心铸造复合球墨铸铁轧辊材质的研究

摘要 本文研究了用于离心铸造复合球墨铸铁轧辊的三种球墨铸铁材质,对其组织形态,化学元素分布:力学性能及热处理工艺进行了研究分析。在实验研究基础上,用珠光体球墨铸铁材质生产了马鞍山钢铁公司高速线材轧机φ410 mm轧辊;用针状贝氏体球墨铸铁材质生产了上海宝山钢铁总厂钢管轧机张减辊。两种轧辊上机使用效果显著,轧制量均达到国外设计要求和进口轧辊水平。 The microstmcture, chemical elements distribution, mechanical properties and heat treatment of three types of materials used for centri-fugally double poured nodular cast iron rolls have been studied in this paper. On the basis of laboratory studies, 0410 mm pearlitic nodutar cast iron rolls and acicular nodular cast iron reducers have been produced and used for high speed wire rolling mills in Ma Anshan Iron Steel Co. and seamless tube rolling mills in Sanghai Bao shan Iron and Steel Complex respectively. The good rolling results have been achieved. The steel rolling tons of both types of rolls meet the foreign design requirements and equal the levels of import rolls.
