摘要
科技期刊要发展必须以读者为中心 ,有明确的定位 ,要突出期刊特色 ,有自己的读者群 ,同时还要竭诚为作者、读者服务 ,使编者、读者、作者融为一体 ,相互依赖 。
How to seek self-development of the journal while centering on the reader? The author considers that scientific journal must have its own explicit target and own readers, give prominence to journal characteristics, and improve its quality and level. And at the same time, if want to win the readers' confidence, the journal must try its every best to serve the authors and readers , so that the editors, the readers and the authors can be in friendly terms, depend on each other and support each other.
