高温过热器12Cr2MoWVTiB(102)钢管的显微组织和相结构分析

摘要 本文对原始状态和存火力发电厂使用不同时间的高温过热器102钢管进行了显微组织和相结构变化规律的探讨和研究。显微组织研究表明,102钢管在高温高压下长期运行过程中,使用温度对显微组织和碳化物相有明显影响,而使用时间对其影响不如温度影响强烈。碳化物颗粒图象分析表明,碳化物随着使用时间缓慢长大,而新的碳化物不断沉淀,使颗粒总数不断增加,颗粒间距逐渐缩小。X射线衍射数据证明,钢管在高温长期使用过程中,Mc相晶粒长大非常缓慢,始终是细小弥散分布,从而使钢保持稳定的高温组织。试验数据说明,102钢具有良好的组织稳定性和稳定的热强性。 In this paper the change of the microstructure and crystal structure of high temperature superheater steel 102 tubes in its original state and after service for various duration at a heat-electic power station was studied. An investigation on the microstructure shows that the influences of temperature on the micrcstructure and carbides in steel 102 tubes at high temperature during long term service are more remarkable than those of run duration. The analysis of carbide figure indicated that some of the carbide grows with new carbides precipitated gradually so that the number of carbides increases and the average distance between them decreases successively during service. The data of X-ray diffraction show that during long term service of the steel tube at high temperature, MC grains grow so slowly that they remain small and disperse in the steel 102 with stabe microstructure of high temperature. Test data show that steel 102 has superior stability of microstructure and creep strength.
