成分对非晶态Fe-B-Si合金退火脆化行为的影响 被引量:2

ANNEALING EMBRITTLEMENT OF AMORPHOUS Fe-B-Si ALLOYS: THE EFFECES OF COMPOSITIONS

摘要 本文研究了B和Si的含量及Fe/(B+Si)相对含量对非晶态Fe-B-Si合金退火脆化行为的影响;分析了在常规热处理条件下,利用成分的变化,获得延性与磁性综合性能的可能性。 实验结果表明,非晶态Fe-B-Si合金的退火脆化行为具有较大的成分依赖性,位于Fe 79 at%~81 at%,B 11 at%~12 at%,Si 8 at%~9 at%成分范围内的Fe-B-Si非晶态合金的退火脆化敏感性最小,但脆化仍发生于晶化开始之前。由于实际应用对非晶态合金成分及磁性的要求,加之此类合金获得最佳磁性能所需的退火温度往往高于材料的脆化温度,因此,在常规热处理条件下,通过调整成分,使非晶态Fe-B-Si合金在获得最佳磁性的同时保持足够好的延性比较困难。 The effects of the relative concentrations of metalloid elements B, Si and the Fe/(B+Si) ratios on annealing embrittlement of amorphous Fe-B-Si alloys have been studied; The possibility of obtaining optimum ductile and magnetic properties, using the common technique of heat treatment through the change of compositions, have been analyzed. Experimental and analytical results show that the annealing embrittlement of amorphous Fe-B-Si alloys depends strongly on composition. Alloys with composition within the following range of: Fe 79-81 at %, B11-12 at %, Si 8-9 at % are leasi susceptible to annealing embrittlement; but also embrittle before the onset of crystallization. Because of the alloy composition and magnetic properties required by practical application, addition with the fact that temoeraiures needed to obtain best magnetic properties for amorphous Fe-B-Si alloys are usually higher than that of ductile-brittle transition; It is ratber difficult for this series of amorphous alloys to maintain ductility in the meantime of obtaining best magnetic properties, under the common condition of heat, treatment, by means of adjusting alloying concentrations.
