摘要 从电导率、安全性能和脱水处理等方面对锂锰电池电解液进行了改进研究,探讨了不同的溶剂体系、电解液添加剂以及脱水处理方法对电解液性能的影响。结果表明,锂锰电池电解液的选择应该根据电池的使用条件(如温度、容量等)采用不同的溶剂配方。电解液中加入一定量的添加剂后可以降低电池的内阻,提高电池的放电性能。在不影响电池性能的前提下,添加某些阻燃型添加剂后可以提高电池的安全性能。采用所介绍的脱水处理方法,电解液含水量可以降到2.5×10-5以下,杂质含量符合要求。 Conductivity, safety and dehydration of electrolyte for Li-MnO2 battery were studied. Effect of different solvents, additives and dehydration methods were researched. The results show that solvent prescription should be chosen corresponding condition of battery use (e.g. temperature, discharge capacity). Internal resistance of battery is reduced and discharge performance is improved by adding some additives. Promise no effect on battery performance, adding some fire retardant can improve safety. Water content of electrolyte can be reduced to 2.5 ×10-5 by using dehydration method that introduced and impurity content meets the standard specifications.
