摘要
叙述了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)采用细化脉宽调制信号(PWM)技术的电池检测设备,着重介绍了其工作原理及硬件与软件设计。通过运用细化PWM技术,实现了电池检测设备的高频高精度数字化控制,解决了数字化PWM在应用中精度受限制的问题。该电池检测设备具有调节精度高、抗干扰能力强、性能稳定可靠、自动化程度高等优点,适用于动力电池的化成与检测。
A cell formation testing equipment based on digital signal processor (DSP) and the particular pulse width modulation (PWM) was developed. The working principle and design of hardware and software of the equipment were introduced. High-frequency and precision digital control were realized and the problem was solved that precision is limited in application in the equipment by using the particular PWM. It has high-precision, good anti-jamming characteristic, stable performance and high automatization degree. It is suitable for application in power cell formation activating and testing.
