摘要
本文主要分析《学生伤害事故处理办法》的理论技术架构,重大突破和不足之处,揭示该办法颁布的重大意义, 对如何贯彻、完善该办法以及该办法在未来所起作用进行了展望。
This paper mainly analyzed the theoretical and technical structure of Measures for handling of student injure Accidents, discussing its breakthrough and disadvantage, pointing out the great significance of its' promulgation, and forecasting on how to cany it on, how to amend it and its' function in the future.
