摘要
长期以来,对学生评教的有效性和稳定性问题,被评估者心存疑虑。通过计算个别项目“教师严格要求”和教师 总体评分之间的相关性、学习成绩和教师得分的相关性、评教量表的可靠性程度等,对我校近几年来的评教结果进行 分析,并反思评教实际操作中的偏差问题,以改变评教结构效度来提高评教效力。
All the assesses have been questioning the effectiveness and firmness of the college students assessment of their teaching since the system came into being. By calculating the specific items of the teachers requirement with the teachers total mark, and the students performances with the teachers total mark, and the degree of the consistency of the assessment tables, this article is trying to analyze the assessment results of my college in recent years, and point out the erroneous tendency in practice so as to refine its system and improve its effectiveness.
