On Teaching And Learning In TV University's Distance Education

在现阶段,我国远程开放教育与世界发达国家相比,还有相当大的距离。在这一过渡时期,我们既要加大硬件建设的力度,加强对教师和学生网络技术的培训,更要抓紧教师与学生观念的转变,把新的教师观和学习观落实到教学的各个环节中,为实现远程教育的跨越性发展奠定坚实的基础。

At present, TV University's distance education has a long way to go compared to that in the developed countries in the world. During this transition period, we are supposed to pay close attention to the transition of teachers' and students' concepts as well as the hardware construction and the faculty's network technology training. We should fulfill the new concept down to every teaching sector, and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the crucial development in TV University's distance education.
