摘要
在详细分析鄱阳湖退田还湖现状基础上,建立了鄱阳湖退田还湖洪水位效应计算模型,估计退田还湖对典型年洪水位的效应.并对退田还湖对年最高水位频率的影响进行了预测.最后,探讨了退田还湖圩区适宜管理模式和退田还湖对湖泊环境的影响.
To restore lake by topping cultivation (returning innings) is one of the key principles that that Chinese government requests for mitigating flood disasters and improving eco environmental conditions in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River since 1998. In Jiangxi Province, 389 innings in the Poyang Lake district are concerned, which could return a corresponding 1234.32km2 cultivated lands to wetlands and/or main lake. Based on the investigations upon the different restoring strategies initialed by the local government, the possible impacts of the whole restoring project on the flood regime are discussed, i.e. on the peak floods and their occurrences. Moreover, some appropriate managerial methods as well as the eco environmental response to the restoring project are analyzed.
