论述了培养具有创新精神、创新能力的高素质专门人才 ,是高等教育的重要任务。结合徐州师范大学创新人才培养的工作实践 ,从注重教学改革、强化科研实践、突出制度创新。
It′s an important mission for higher education to foster special high quality creative personnel and creative ability. Combining with the experience in practice, the writer will give us some superficial conclusion and exploration on the measures of fostering universities and colleges′ creative personnel from the following aspects: laying stress on teaching reform, strengthening the scientific research practice, highlighting the institution change and intensifying the atmosphere creation, etc.
