Study on the Individual Adaptability of Moral Education in Institutions ofHigher Learning

在新的历史时期,我国大学生的思想、行为正发生着深刻的变化。其突出的表现是当代大学生主体意识日益增强,个性发展与自我完善的要求愈益强烈,个体成才的方式更加多样化。面对这种新情况,传统的高校德育模式在促进大学生个体发展方面已显得越来越不适应了。

At present, China's college students are undergoing a radical change in their thoughts and behaviors. The prominent indication of this is the strengthening of subjective consciousness, individual cultivation and self perfection of the present-day college students. And accordingly, their way to success is the more diversified. Faced with this, the traditional moral education pattern is consequently unaccommodated to the acceleration of the individual growth of China's college students.
