企业无形资产流失原因分析及对策

ANALYSIS OF THE DRAINAGE REASON OF ENTERPRISE INTANGIBLE ASSETS AND THE COUNTERMEASURE

随着现代高新技术的迅猛发展、科技经济一体化步伐日渐加快 ,无形资产在现代企业的地位日显重要 ,本文结合工作实际 ,从主观和客观两个方面分析了企业无形资产流失的原因 ,并从加强宣传、创造外部环境、核算管理、重视人才等四个方面提出了相应对策。

With the rapid development of the modern high technology and the close in cooperation of science and economy,significance of enterprise intangible assets is increasingly focused. Based on the actual experience,the drainage reason of enterprise intangible assets is analysed subjectively and objectively,and corresponding countermeasure is presented from enhancing propaganda,creating outside climate,checking management and attach importance to personnel in this paper.
