摘要
传统高原训练、HiLo训练及间歇性低氧训练是三种比较热门的训练手段,每种训练手段都为国内外教练员所广泛采用。本文从历史角度、训练方式、负荷以及其运动生理学基础几个层面对这三种方法进行了理论分析和比较,以期为为广大体育科研工作者和教练员进行深入研究和制定训练计划提供一定的理论依据。
Plateau training,HiLo training and intermittent hypoxia training are popular in sports training at present and they are adopted widely by the coaches at home and abroad.In order to provide basis for further scientific research and training for coaches and researchers,theoretical analysis and comparison are made in the study from several angles such as history interview,the content,working load and physiologic origin.
