高等院校毕业生就业问题已经成为社会关注的问题,同时也对高校在高等教育快速发展的新时期如何适应社会发展需要和培养人才,提出了新的课题。针对体育专业毕业生的社会需求与人才培养问题进行了调查研究,提出体育学院本科教育人才培养定位的意见。

The problem of graduate employment in Colleges and universities has become a problem that should be paid more attention to in modern society.At the same time,this problem also puts forward a new subject for colleges and universities on how to cultivate the persons with ability to adapt to the development of society in the period of the quick development of colleges and universities.The paper has a research on the problem of the social demands and talent cultivation and puts forward the idea of the orientation of physical education graduate of talent cultivation.
