中、美高校竞技体制的比较与思考

Comparison and Reflection of Sports System between Chinese and American Colleges and Universities

从中、美高校竞技体育制度、竞技体育的组织体系,以及制度本质的差异进行比较分析与讨论,结果表明:我国高校竞技体育人才的职业流向与美国高校的竞技体育人才职业流向相反,是导致我国高校竞技体育水平不高的主要因素。

Carrying on comparative analysis and discusses from the angle of university athletic sports systems, organizing systems of sports and the essential difference of sports systems between Chinese and American colleges and universities, the result shows that comparing with the American university, the job of university sports talents of our country flows oppositely, and it is the main factor causing low level of university's sports of our country.
