我国优秀男子三级跳远运动员助跑最后阶段水平速度的研究

Research on the Elite Male Triple Jumpers' Horizontal Speed at the Eventual Stage

采用文献资料法、对比分析法、数理统计法等,对中外优秀男子三级跳远运动员助跑最后阶段水平速度的变化进行分析研究。结果显示:和国外运动员相比,我国优秀运动员在助跑最后阶段的前半部分其水平速度明显高于国外运动员,但助跑的倒数第一步时,国外运动员达到助跑最后阶段水平速度的最大值,而我国运动员的水平速度却下降到助跑最后阶段的最低值。对此现象进行分析,找出原因,提出改进措施。

Through documentation,antithesis,statistics,analysis and research on the approach horizontal speed of elite male triple jumpers at the eventual stage,the result shows that,compared with the foreign athletes,our elite athletes get a high horizontal speed before the eventual stage.Foreign athletes maximize their horizontal speed in the last step of the approach,but our athletes decrease their horizontal speed to the minimum.Reasons are found and measures are put forward by analyzing this phenomenon.
