摘要
运用文献研究和对比实验的方法,阐明借助"体态律动"训练的原理和手段,能够提高学生动作的协调性。经过实验证明"体态律动"训练对于提高学生动作的协调性是一种行之有效的方法。
By the ways of literature study and experiments in contrast, it is indicated that the principle and techniques of eurythmics training could improve students' harmoniousness. Facts prove that rhythmics training is an effective way to improve students' harmoniousness.
