摘要
本文简要介绍顾客满意度测评模糊模型,探讨证券业顾客满意度评价指标,提出证券业顾客满意度测评模糊技术。
This paper briefly introduces Fuzzy Set Model in customer satisfaction testing, explore evaluation targets of customer satisfaction in negotiable securities, and advance Fuzzy Method in customer satisfaction testing of negotiable securities.
